On June 24th, Prof. Miriam O’Duill from the University of Nottingham visited the CCME at the invitation of Prof. Zhang. She delivered an academic lecture on hypervalent iodine reagents for fluoroalkylation. During her visit, Prof. O’Duill toured our lab under Prof. Zhang’s guidance and took a group photo with us.
Prof. O’Duill and her research team focus on areas including transition metal catalysis, isotopic labeling for medical imaging, and the development of sustainable, metal-free reaction methodologies using hypervalent iodine reagents.
We sincerely thank Prof. Miriam O’Duill for her visit!
