In the spring semester of 2025, the Jiao esearch group welcomed three new undergraduate members: Wang Guo, Haitao Wang, and Yuhuan Zhang.

Wang Guo, from Chengdu, Sichuan, a graduate of Chengdu Foreign Languages School and a recipient of the first prize in the Chinese Chemistry Olympiad, joined the College of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering at Peking University in 2020 through the  Plan for strengthening basic academic disciplines. His research focuses on polymer chemistry.

Haitao Wang, from Chongqing, graduated from Chongqing No. 1 Middle School and also won the first prize in the Chinese Chemistry Olympiad Final. He joined the same college at Peking University in 2023 through the Plan for strengthening basic academic disciplines. His research focuses on polymer chemistry.

Yuhuan Zhang, from Yongchuan District, Chongqing, graduated from Chongqing No. 8 Middle School and won the first prize in the Chinese Chemistry Olympiad Final. In 2023, he entered the College of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering at Peking University through the Plan for strengthening basic academic disciplines. His research focuses on the supramolecular recognition of free radical species.
